SAFETY SHOES

Safety footwear is designed to protect the user from potential work hazards. There are different components that made up safety footwear. These components include safety toe guards, metatarsal guards, electrical hazard ratings, electro static dissipating ratings and the soles of the shoes.
Anti Static Double Density PU/PU; oil / chemical and skid resistant. Rust Resistant ’D’ ring, padded anti-static socks, padded ankle.
Toe Protection: 200 JOULES anti rust coated.
Sole Protection: 1100N puncture resistant steel plate

HELMETS

Protection against falling objects, and the consequences thereof, such as brain damage, and skull fracture, Protection against electric shocks, and prevention of dangerous electric current passing through the head, Protection against hazards that may occur during activities undertaken by mountaineers.

COVERALLS

COVERALL KITS are clothing kits containing arc flash coveralls in an ATPV rating of either 8 cal/cm2 or 12 cal/cm2 , an AS1000HAT, an appropriate ATPV rated AFHOOD, ASBAG, SKBAG and safety glasses. Sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL available from stock. Other sizes and orange color available by special order.

GOGGLES

SAFETY GLASSES are anti-fogging, anti-scratch and anti-static with 99.9% UV protection. These glasses meet current ANSI Z87.1, 2003 and CSA Z94.3 standards. The CSA Z94.3 standard applies to eye and face protectors used in all occupational and educational operations or processes involving hazards to the eyes or face.

HARNESS

Allow user to attach lanyard when not in use. Minimizes hazards associated with the lanyard hanging freely. Used for a variety of climbing, confined space and rescue applications. Most commonly used for work positioning. Primarily used for lifting and lowering individuals, such as in confined space and rescue applications. Quick-Connect Buckles for chest and leg straps interlock similar to a seat belt for easy donning and feature a dual-tab release mechanism to prevent accidental opening. The locking tabs of the cam buckle trap the webbing to prevent unintentional slippage. Lift the locking tab for easy, one-hand adjustment/release. The tongue buckle works similar to a belt buckle. Insert the loose strap of webbing through the tongue buckle placing the buckle tongue through the appropriate grommet hole. Push remaining webbing through the keeper. To connect the mating buckle, push the center bar buckle completely through the square link and allow it to fall into place. Pull web end to tighten. To adjust the friction buckle, simply pass the webbing over the knurled bar and back down between the knurled bar and frame. Pull web end to tighten.
